As you have given the NATA exam,and also have cleared 12th with 68% you can definitely apply for its counselling.If you particularly wants college in Telangana,than you can choose those colleges as preference.You can also try for some private colleges in Telangana,if you are interested in and not getting any good government college.

Your chances of obtaining a seat  with your tancet score is completely depending upon the college that you choose. Obviously you will not be able to obtain a top ranking MBA colleges but you can try your chances by applying in middle order colleges like,

karunya b- school

kumaraguru college of technology

The CET code 115 is for BSc (H) Nursing in IPU. The are four colleges under ipu namely :

Lakshi Bai Batra College of Nursing

College of Nursing Dr RML Hospital

College of Nursing Safdargunj Hospital

ST. Stephens Hospital College of Nursing

You have not mentioned about your reservation, if you have any. But to be honest you should get some college but it totally depends on the availability of seats. Something which varies every year.

See you have a decent normalised score in TANCET 2019 and according to your Category which is BC you should colleges like GCT, Coimbatore GCE, Tirunelveli GCE, Salem GCE, Bargur Thanthai Periyar, Vellore IRTT, Erode University Departments, Trichy etc. PSG have high cutoff and you might not make it to there but you have a chance in Thyagaraja College.
