I got 8021 rank in apicet 2019... And Im non local....Will I get seat in jntua..?

Hello Rizuh.

Since you are a non local candidate, there is no chance for you to get JNTUA with this rank. The cutoffs are usually high for the ones who are non local candidates and a rank of 8021 doesn't come into consideration as less number of seats are reserved for non-local candidates. I would suggest you to try for other colleges.

Hi,

By looking at previous years' marks vs rank data, with 2400 rank in JEE Mains, marks could be in the range of 201-250.

Dear Rahul, Because CAT exam will be held at different slots, CAT scores will be normalised to ensure equivalence in the difficulty levels of the exams for both slots. IIM Kozikhode will normalise the CAT scores using percentile equivalence. Adjustment of location and scale differences of score distributions across different norms and then scores will be normalised. The 20 IIMS and all the Participating Institutions will announce their Cut offs. The cut off is prepared after checking various factors. MBA aspirants will have to apply separately to all the Colleges that accept CAT scores. While CAT score remains the main criteria for selection, IIMs also consider other factors like previous academic performance, work experience, gender and Academic diversity. These scores will be then converted into percentiles for shortlisting and selection purposes. These scores will be then converted into percentiles for shortlisting and selection purposes.

IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta and IIM Bangalore conduct their admission process separately.

A separate Institute wise merit list will be prepared and this merit list will be declared based on individual admission and selection criteria.

12th marks: 10
Graduation: 10
Work Experience: 10
Diversity Factor for Academics: 5
Diversiry Factor for Gender: 5

And for final selection, the scores in WAT and PI are also given weightage. The final merit list is prepared and admissions are conducted. For Institutions which do not have WAT and PI rounds, it is direct admissions. Again it all depends on the Institution you want to take admission in.

i have a valid score in both Gate and Tancet, will i be able to attend Tanca counselling on both days seperately (for gate and tancet) ?

Hi Nishaanth,

To the extent of my knowledge TANCA counselling is divided into two channels namely GATE and TANCET and they pretty much are different from each other. But i think if the dates of the counselling for both channels don't clash and you don't get a seat alloted in one or you withdraw in anyone than you should have no problem in participating in the other.

Hello i got 1942 rank in ts pgcet civil branch BC-D category but i didnt got seat in 1st phase is there any chance to get seat in 2nd phase

Friend seats are given only below 500 Ranks.for civil engineering there are only 500 seats are available.first preference given to gate students remaining seats alloted for tspgecet candidates. There is huge competition in civil engineering coarse. Try for next year.

I can suggest you the best books.
H.c.verma for theroy part of physics and cengage for objective part of physics.
R.d.sharma for theroy part of mathematics and cengage for objective part of mathematics.
NCERT books are the best for the theroy part of chemistry. Himanshu pandey for orgaric chemistry objective part and o.p tandon for the remaining objective part of chemistry.
If you can read this books perfectly then you can have the ability to crack the jee mains as well as jee advanced exams. Hope it helps you.

What is the Total Marks for CEED Exam and what is the Qualify Marks.

Hi there Malotha! Hope you're having a great day.

I would like to inform you that the CEED exam has two parts, Part A consists of 200 marks and 45 questions and Part B consisting of 8 questions with 200 marks.

When CEED result is declared then the final CEED score of candidates is determined by giving 25% weightage to marks obtained by candidates in Part A and the remaining 75% weightage is determined basis scores obtained in CEED Part B exam.

Qualification marks is around 97 including both papers.
