Since you are a non local candidate, there is no chance for you to get JNTUA with this rank. The cutoffs are usually high for the ones who are non local candidates and a rank of 8021 doesn't come into consideration as less number of seats are reserved for non-local candidates. I would suggest you to try for other colleges.

By looking at previous years' marks vs rank data, with 2400 rank in JEE Mains, marks could be in the range of 201-250.

To the extent of my knowledge TANCA counselling is divided into two channels namely GATE and TANCET and they pretty much are different from each other. But i think if the dates of the counselling for both channels don't clash and you don't get a seat alloted in one or you withdraw in anyone than you should have no problem in participating in the other.

I would like to inform you that the CEED exam has two parts, Part A consists of 200 marks and 45 questions and Part B consisting of 8 questions with 200 marks.
When CEED result is declared then the final CEED score of candidates is determined by giving 25% weightage to marks obtained by candidates in Part A and the remaining 75% weightage is determined basis scores obtained in CEED Part B exam.
Qualification marks is around 97 including both papers.
