SCERT Punjab will release the NTSE Punjab results for Stage I in the last week of January, 2020 in pdf file.Along with this, cut-off will also de declared.

No, you can apply because bitsat only accepts candidates who have complete their 12 th standard with 60 % marks. Just wait for your result and apply next year if you want admission only in bits or you can apply to other colleges if you wish but not bitsat.

For your 88.9 percentile in paper 2, your will jave low chances for getting admission in any of NITs or SPAs. And other BArch colleges accepts NATA score. So, you need to do well in april exam and also appear for NATA exam.
