You haven't given the scenario where it has to be considered for 45%.

Normally, your CGPA is considered. The result you get in each semester is your SGPA. if you sum results of all the semesters and divide it with number of semester then you will get your CGPA.

As per MCI, if you wanted to study MBBS in abroad the NEET score is valid for three years.  However this is eligible for the students who wrote NEET on and after 2019.  This is not eligible for the students who had written NEET exam before 2019.
