After watching so the list of Institute and your rank. I think that you may have good chances to get better than Ambedkar. So you may apply for some Institute with authorizing by DU JAT and you may get some best institute that you may deserve.  So think positive apply

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that 550 is the good marks in the neet exam so if you prepare well for the next year you can easily cross the target of the 620+ marks in  the neet, for this you just work

the chances of geting seats in government colleges is really less. and to get core elecronoics and communication stream is really hard. because most of the universities has some seats reserve for gate qualified candidates. so the remaining seats will fills by appgecet.

In my knowledge, it may be around above 500 rank students got Thiyagarajar approx. but I'm not 100% sure I'm seeking some site they show different data.  I take average I hope it may help you get all the information which you may need.

For JEE Advanced eligibility, you need to score 75% marks in your 10+2 level if your are from general category and 60% marks if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category. You also need to be born on or after 1st October 1993 while SC/ST candidates are given 5 years relaxation.
