Dear sir / mam,what can be happened with the court verdict in telangana related to mbbs ,bds admissions for second or third round

Dear Gayathri, while we cannot predict or speculate the outcome of a pending judgement, we can give you a gist of the issue. A student who belongs to General Category  has scored 500+ but hasn't been able to secure a seat even after 2 Rounds as Candidates with reservation were given preference. GO 550 states that Candidates belonging to Open Category should be given priority in filling the seats. The petitioners allege that the rule wasn't followed and hence students who belong to Open Category and scored good, didnt get seats in MBBS. The High Court has asked the Government of Telangana to deposit their repsonse and the Governmemt did dispose their response on the 13th stating that there were no irregularities. Now the High Court has to take a call on this. This probably might happen in the last week of August or 1st week of September.
