I think your rank is low and somewhere you may know that but losing hope is not an option. So my suggestion is you may give a try and maybe your luck is work you may get some Institute through DU jat and I'm dam sure you may get that

Hey as per I have checked online 701-134 is the cutoff for Unreserved Candidates in NEET. But If it differs for SS Cardiology and has a cutoff of 153 then I don't think that it will be reduced.as the cutoff is designed seeing others scores and exams difficulty
