Any chance of reducing the cut off marks to below 153 for attending counselling of NEET SS cardiology. i have got 145 marks & cutoff is 153

Hey as per I have checked online 701-134 is the cutoff for Unreserved Candidates in NEET. But If it differs for SS Cardiology and has a cutoff of 153 then I don't think that it will be reduced.as the cutoff is designed seeing others scores and exams difficulty level. So I don't think It will reduce.
For NEET 2019 Cutoff.
