As per the officials, In order to appear in JEE Advanced 2019, a diploma holder can apply in JEE Main 2019. However, your rank and NTA score for JEE Main will not be declared as diploma holders cannot apply for admission to NITs and CFTIs through JEE Main channel.

As such there is no purported or applied change in the syllabus prescribed for Neet. You can definitely score good marks in Neet based on NCERT alone, especially for Biology. You can also refer to analysis of previous papers to see for yourself.
The steps are basically similar but these are to be followed sincerely:
-First step is to go through previous year papers.
-Many magazines are specifically available in the market for GK and Current affairs. To enhance your knowledge in G.K. you can go through Manorma, India Today, Pratiyogita Darpan, Competition
