Both Arihant and Disha Publications are good. Choose Arihant for Physics and Disha for Chemistry and Mathematics. For previous year question papers you can get book of another publications, no issues in that. But yes keep solving previous year questions as they help a lot to know about the

Please mention the College you're interested to take admission in as various colleges have various cut-off lists and the % varies accordingly. For eg. for BA English in DU, the cut off goes as high as 98-97% but certain Colleges do provide the course at lower %. Also

Animal Physiology is a subject in the syllabus for NEET. The weightage for this chapter is 2.5% therefore, having a chance of 1-2 questions being asked in the exam.
Chapters like Human Physiology and Genetics and Evolution have a higher weightage.
