I m bsc student which specialization is best for me mba in it Or mba in hrmy degree sub is physics electronics nd computer science

Ankhi Banerjee 29th Aug, 2019

Hi,

Both mba in HR and MBA in IT are good on their own terms. While in IT, you will learn about business administration that in turn will help you in executing and conceptualising organisational planning in IT terms, in HR department you will need to work on corporate policies and recruit people accordingly and help in the growth of the company.

In case you want to get more opportunities of working abroad, IT might be the one for you thoigh if you have requisite set of skills, you might do well after completing MBA in HR. The salary is the former is higher than the later.

How can we increase the chances of selection as a pialot in a airline by our resume?

Tamajit Biswas Student Expert 23rd Aug, 2019

Hi Malhotra,

Since you are asking this question I presume you have already obtained your CPL( Commercial Pilot License), i.e. the license to fly commercial airliners. Now in order to make your CV better, there are only two factors to do that:

  • Specialization- This means that your CV and license should hold or state that you have flown varied kinds of aircraft like Turboprops, Piston aircraft, small size jets, medium size jets, narrow-body aircraft, and wide-body aircraft.
  • The number of flying hours that you have logged by physically flying an airplane and also log hours in solo or duo sorties. It also can be improved if your flying hours are done on passenger aircraft.

BEST WISHES!
