In government sector, ECE branch has a separate paper in IES exam. Vacancies are spread throughout India. Apart from this, PSU are taking students via GATE exam for ECE branch. Some of them are - ISRO, DRDO, HAL, BARC, BEL, BHEL etc.
Private sector companies that recruit ECE students are Analog devices, NXP semiconductors, ATMEL, microchip, Infineon technologies, einfochips, Sertel electronics, Maxim etc.

Both mba in HR and MBA in IT are good on their own terms. While in IT, you will learn about business administration that in turn will help you in executing and conceptualising organisational planning in IT terms, in HR department you will need to work on corporate policies and recruit people accordingly and help in the growth of the company.
In case you want to get more opportunities of working abroad, IT might be the one for you thoigh if you have requisite set of skills, you might do well after completing MBA in HR. The salary is the former is higher than the later.
Dear aspirant, interest matters the most for the course you want to pursue your education in, as every field is vasting with time so all the fields will have a high scope. As you have pcb as your main subjects you can surely go for biotechnology in your ug level as it has a wide scope in future as well.

This depends on the cadets ,in which field one would get to serve the nation.
Actually youngsters are not given desk jobs in NDA . Mainly high ranked officers and the one who has served for long time gets desk job.

Yes, you may apply for MSc. Agriculture after pursuing with these three core subjects i.e. Botany, Zoology, Chemistry. These are the basic three subjects which every biological stream requires at least for qualification.
Pursuing MSc Agriculture from the Reputed Universities of India, may lead you to huge succes because they will provide maximum exposer to the fields and experiments related to it. There is quite good scope of agriculture in our Nation, as Agriculture is the most important sector of Indian Economy.
If you pusue your Master's in any Government College, you may get placed within the college by some government related organisation.

It is safe to say that number of Government job posts are available for Graduates. B.E./B.Tech. graduates may join Agriculture Departments of different State Governments. They may easily land Officer post in this department. Apart from that, other Government Departments where graduates may find jobs are- Food Department, Research Departments, Dairy Boards (State wise), Coir Board etc.
