According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the schlorships you are eligible considering you have 93 percentile in jee mains and 30.8k in jee advanced.

I would like to say that if you would have been admitted in any of the nits/IITs or any college through josaa counselling then you would have got several schlorship.

But you are studying in a private college and no governmental schlorships would be approved.

But you should ask your college if they provide any based on performance in your college or family income.

See, both the courses have similar scope as both are Biotechnology courses. B.Tech Biotechnology have a plus point over B.Sc. Biotechnology course that it is a professional degree i.e., you will get a job easily. On the other hand B.Sc. Biotechnology has it's own advantage that it will be completed in 3-years instead of 4-years for B.Tech.
