Yes with 400-450 score in NEET 2020 you could get an seat in private MBBS college in uttarakhand, but my advice to you is if your really keen about your career you should quit this year and reappear for NEET 2021 and should aim scoring 500+ marks. As

Sorry to say but it seems difficult to get government medical seat with these score in Maharashtra and even in other state through All India Quota. EWS category candidate must score atleast 500 and above to get government medical seat in their state and as per last years
