my score is 317 and rank is 129258 and belong to obc 3b in karnataka will I get mbbs college in karnataka with 5 lakh annual fees

With your rank it won't be possible to get a college in Karnataka with fees of less than 5 lakhs per annum for mbbs but you can get someother college but their fees will be more the college is BLDE University in Karnataka that is offering MBBS in your rank so i have attached a college predictor link and a link where you can see the cutoff of all colleges in Karnataka by yourself
