There is no minimum percentage requirement to appear in JEE main but to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs you need have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with atleast 75% if a candidate belongs to general category and for SC/ST you need to have atleast 65%.

Around 455 marks was the cutoff in 2017 in Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Dental College. It was equivalent to an ALL INDIA QUOTA rank of 41730 approximately. In 2017, the cutoff was 467 marks. Considering that you have a ut QUOTA, I will recommend you to target around 450-460+ only
