In 2019 the cut off for AFMC, Pune was as follows

• Boys: 596
• Girls: 610

Cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.AFMC, Pune conducts their own counselling and admission in given based on merit in NEET UG. Candidate must be and Indian and Unmarried to be eligible to apply.So yes, candidates from Karnataka are also eligible to apply.
