Last year the cutoff of the JAYPEE is 82 percentile, and your score is quite around this and on my opinion you may get this college.

The sectional cutoffs are in her advance and not in mains but it can affect your rank since if another student have same total as yours then the one scoring mite in physics will be selected so it somewhat decides the rank but not overall selection.
