On such EWS rank you have almost no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs because the closing EWS ranks for last year was around 7-8k for female. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-
https://josaa.admissions.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
But you can go for some GFTIs that are discussed below.
If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-
Assam University, Silchar - Agricultural Engineering
Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar - Mechanical Engineering
Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Bhadohi - Carpet and Textile Technology
Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Industrial and Production Engineering
And some more.......
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2022 result :-
Note that the above list is merely a prediction which has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
Good Luck for your future!!

Dear Chinnu,
Hello,
On this, your percentile must be between 98- 98.5 and your general rank between 20164 - 16084. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
You can check some of the cutoffs of the colleges in the list below:
But in my opinion, you should wait for the counseling.
But as you know the cutoff changes every year because it depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of the paper, and the number of candidates writing the examination hence varies every year depending on these factors. It also depends on your home state and another state as you have not mentioned your home state. You can check out your rank based on your score from the below link.
Good Luck
