You will get 83 in NATA which is not so good. And your 12th class marks also good. Your 83 marks is almost 17% percentile. Which college you will get it's quite difficult. May be you will get any private college for architecture.

Many of the engineering colleges have different eligibility criteria for 12th marks. Some Colleges allow students with more than 50 percentage in 12th while some allows students with more than 60%>.
