University of Delhi has separate cutoffs for different courses and colleges. But for a general category and OBC student 85% is the minimum cutoff for the DU colleges.
At such percentage, you can't get any good course, you can only get courses like sanskrit Hons. And Hindi hons,

No you cannot apply or even appear for the entrance examinations conducted by the university of Delhi for pursuing bachelor's in management studies, Bachelor's in business economics or bbafia . You should have appeared and must have passed the mathematics exam of class 12th boards to be eligible

How can i take admission in this college.

You have not mentioned the required college.
But in order to take admission in bit sindri you have to qualify JEE main conducted by NTA.
The counseling of the college will be through jcece and only the students having jharkhand domicile will be eligible for that.
