Basically ICAR has two combinations PCB and PCM.

If you opt for PCB then the syllabus for ICAR and NEET are similar.

Also the difficulty level is slightly less than neet. Competition too is not as much as it is neet.

Hello Jagdish,

NEET 2020 syllabus consists of the syllabus of 11th and 12th standard of physics, chemistry and biology.

You have to clear the concepts of all the three subjects and start your preparation with NCERT books of class 11th and 12th.

Take online tests as many as you can.

I don't think so drop after 11 is good option.
If there is lack of teachers then you could have studied from coaching.
Coz if you drop after 11 then you have to do it again
