You have not mentioned the required college.
But in order to take admission in bit sindri you have to qualify JEE main conducted by NTA.
The counseling of the college will be through jcece and only the students having jharkhand domicile will be eligible for that.

If you specify the course I can guide you in a better manner.Now, in order to take admission in birsa institute of technology one must give the JCECE exam.B. Tech admissions are offered strictly on the basis of merit list generated by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) Board established by the Government of Jharkhand.For B. Tech program, candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biology as an optional subject.For M. Tech admission, a minimum of 60% marks is required in B.E or B. Tech in the relevant discipline. Merit-based and Entrance based (JCECE) for B.Tech Merit-based and Entrance based (GATE) for M. Tech Merit-based followed by interview for Ph.D.
