Basic eligibility criteria for Bsc optomertry is H.S.C equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology / Botany and Zoology with a minimum aggregate of 60%.Some colleges have own entrances.Some entrances are AIIMS, JNU, DU, CMC etc.Coming to the question yes some colleges do accept NEET score for Bsc

DOB certificate
Domicile certificate
