Basic eligibility criteria for Bsc optomertry is H.S.C equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology / Botany and Zoology with a minimum aggregate of 60%.Some colleges have own entrances.Some entrances are AIIMS, JNU, DU, CMC etc.Coming to the question yes some colleges do accept NEET score for Bsc optometry

To practice optometrist it is essential to have bachelor's degree in optometry. This is a 4 year course in which first 3 year of learning is followed by a year of internship to gain experience .TO apply for B.optom a student should pass 12th with minimum 50% physics,chemistry and biology.
