I have done BTech in mechanical engineering in 2017. should I persue Mtech in Computer science in 2023 I have gap of 3 years and currently working as mutual fund distributor for 1 year.

No it is not possible for you to pursue master of technology computer science. This is because you have done Bachelor of Technology in mechanical engineering. Bachelor of Technology in mechanical engineering and Master of Technology in Computer Science are two different things.

Yes you are eligible for NEET this year.

You are required to present your class 10th passing year and class 12th marks and passing year. And you are good to go

Dear student,

No matter when the results are out the batch determine the year of passing if you are enrolled in the batch 2013-2017 you will have to put the passing year as 2017 which is clearly written on the top of the certificate.
