Hello,

MCI recently announced regarding issuance of Eligibility Certificate to students who wish to study MBBS in abroad from 2018 onwards:

The Medical Council of India (MCI) has come out with a new notice making amendments in the Screening Test Regulations, 2002 and also in Eligibility Requirement for taking admission in an undergraduate medical course in a Foreign Medical Institution Regulation, 2002. It says that if a student is eligible as per clause 4 in the Graduate Medical Education Regulation, 1997 and that student clears NEET for admission in any college/university abroad on or after 1st June 2018, then that student does not have to apply for an eligibility certificate and the NEET result shall serve the purpose of the Eligibility Certificate.
Hence , from now, the NEET score of a candidate will serve as the Eligibility Certificate. The student must qualify NEET to be eligible for MBBS in abroad.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

Over the last few year the popularity of SSC CGL has increased a lot, the fact that many of the toppers come from IITs or engineering background, further proves that there are many candidates interested in appearing for this exam, also the fact that generally the eligibility criteria for SSC CGL is graduation in any stream from a recognized university, there are exception in case of Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: essential qualification is bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, desirable qualification is ca/cma/cs/mcom/mba(finance),masters in business economics and masters in business studies, Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 60% marks in maths at 10+2 level or graduation in any subject with statisics as a subject in all the three years of graduation and Statistical Investigator Grade II; Bachelor's degree in any discipline with statisics as a subject in all the three years of graduation. but as you're only in 2nd year you cannot appear for 2021 SSC CGL exam as those in final year are eligible provided they fulfill the educational qualification before or on 1st January, 2021 which you don't as of now, you can appear in your final year, and as far as the preference goes it's entirely your choice, you can appear for any government exams based on the eligibility of graduation, you can also appear for banking and insurance exams also, apart from upsc, state pscs is these interest you, there are various opportunities in government services whether you should appear or not is more dependent on what kind of job profile you're looking at, for example in SSC CGL also there are field based jobs as well as desk jobs, you can apply according to your choices.

Other than aforementioned posts, others only have eligibility criteria of passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

my daughter pass 10th board in 2018 how do i get attamt certificate as it is needed for neet registration?

Abir Gayen 30th Dec, 2020

Hi Aspirant,

In this covid situation if you have not collected the hard copy of the result from the school then you can attach the scanned copies of the result in the NEET registration process. You can also ask the school to provide you the soft copy.So in case you are worrying about the hard copy the soft copy in this pandemic would serve the purpose.

Hope it helps!!
