what if i get degree from ksou Mysore after validation period or UGC recognition period 2018 - 2019 to 2022 - 2023 ? is it valid ?

Sohamsengupta8 13th Jun, 2022

Hello Student

KSOU that means Karnataka State Open University Mysore was established in the year of 1996 another distance education council. The diploma degrees and pG degrees from this university is valid up to 2011. Because after decision that means 2012 to 13 session University Grant commission has cancelled its recognition due to violation of its norms. After this period who have achieved degrees from this university is not valid for any further education or employment even in the private sector also.

So if you get degree in the 2018-19 session or 2022 - 23 session that will be not valid for any   education or employment in government neither in government nor in private sector jobs.

Hope this will help.

Im obc category from mp State but living in Maharashtra since last 20 years so i have domicile of Maharashtra but no caste validity of Maharashtra so here i filled General category to get college in Maharashtra during my counselling for neet ug in 2018.i got admission. will it be w. pbm in future

Anurag Khanna 4th May, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

No there will not be any problem in future this is because you are living in Maharashtra since very long time period so your domicile is now being considered as Maharashtra instead of MP and as far as caste validity is concerned, if you does not belongs to any of the reservation category in Central reservation list available on the official website of NCBC then you don't have to do anything of caste validity certificate.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!!

I completed my 10th class in 2018, and after 10th 2 year gap there then I take admission in 11th in 2021 and 12th in 2022 as a regular student, i am eligible for neet ug 2022? Its urgent please tell me fast . Last date of neet application is 6th of may

Anurag Khanna 29th Apr, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Yes you are definitely eligible for NEET UG 2022 because gap years does not matter for NEET UG so as you are going to pass class 12th in 2022 that is in this year so you can definitely apply for NEET UG 2022 and you should use your qualification code as 01 if your result is not yet out and code 02 if your result has been declared.

After appearing for NEET UG you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions to become eligible for admissions through NEET UG score :-

For 10+2 or equivalent :-

>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.

>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).

>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.

>>>>> You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.

>>>>> Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.

I have cleared Entrance Exam for 3 years LLB in the year of 2018, but due do some personal problems I was not able to get the admission, so is it valid to take admission in Law College this year i.e. 2022? If yes, then till how many years passing result is valid?

Moumoyee Chakraborty 21st Apr, 2022

Dear applicant

If you consider the Common Law Entrance exam score CLAT then the validity of the exam score is only for that year when you appear the test. The test score will not carry any further importance in the subsequent years, hence if you wish to pursue your LLB degree education then you need to reappear in the entrance exam in this year too, followed by scoring well to ensure admission into the course.

Good luck!!!

hi sir I have completed my 12th BiPC in 2016,and after i am completed my DMLT in 2018. im doing job now. which code is eligible for me in NEET APPLICATION ???

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 20th Apr, 2022

Hi

You need to choose the code 02 while filling neet 2022 application form

This is because,

Though you have completed DMLT, your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2

While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

-----------------------------) Code 1 :- code 1 is for class 12th board 2022 examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

-----------------------------) Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English

-----------------------------) Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination  with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology should also contain practical exam.

-----------------------------) Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology after passing hsc i. e 10+2 or puc or equivalent.

-----------------------------) Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who have passed  1 st year 3 year graduation with all the three of  Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology

-----------------------------) Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed  BSc  with at least any two of following subjects :-

>>>>Physics,

>>>>chemistry ,

>>>>biology/biotechnology

-----------------------------) Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.
