In NEET the marks range for 3132 rank is 630-611 in 2019.

Cutoff for unreserved in 2019  , 134 outoff 720(percentile- 50th)

Cutoff for reserved in 2019 , 120 outoff 720(percentile-45th)

SC/ST/OBC in 2019, 107 outoff 720(percentile- 40th)

Obviously you can write NEET  2021 after this gap also under the criteria for neet undergraduate courses which says you must have minimum 50 % aggregate in physics , chemistry and biology ( for general category ) and your age should not be more than 25 years

As per the cbse guidelines, if a candidate get less marks than her she can apply for rechecking or improvement exam. And then if candidate gets less marks in improvement exam than  previous exam result, then obviously the higher marks will be counted.
