NATA is conducted on 29 august for current year and it will take around 15- 1 month time to release result and cutoff for different college to proceed towards counselling process.

for previous year, cutoff list for colleges are not available.  For qualifying NATA exam, one should score 35%

Yes, the migration certificate which you have will suffice the purpose. Migration certificate are issued just once , you can't ask you college or school to issue it again it they have issued it once. Migration certificate is just a certificate that is required when one changes one
