Hi,
BSc Maths Hons is a three year undergraduate course provided by various universities in India. The course has vast scope of development and one of the most sought after course for students.
The cut off depends on different colleges. For some colleges it may be around 98% and for others might be around 94% as well. Several cut off lists are released if the seats are still available.
But atleast a minimum of 95% must be attained in 12th class to secure a seat in the college.

Meanwhile keep checking in the browser. Someone may provide a soft copy.
Hope it helps!
Every District Medical College is authorised to give you Medical Certificate for PWD reservation. The Medical Panel will conduct few tests and based on the results give you a certificate. For NEET, you should go to a nearby Disability Assessment Centre and get yourself assessed for availing seat under PWD quota. But just for PWD certificate, you can get it done from any District Medical Hospital.
