Venkatesh, there is no upper age limit for NEET. So as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria which is completing your 12th, passing in all subjects and securing a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you uflfil this minimum aggregate criteria, you are eligible for NEET. There is the age criteria that says you should be 17 years atleast by December 31st of the year of admission and you do fulfil that criteria. So if you have secured the required aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology against your Category, then even with gap between your 11th and 12th, you are eligible for NEET.

If this is regarding NEET, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for KGMC for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 637
OBC: 629
SC:528
ST: 362
Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a seat in this College, you need to score atleast 25-50 marks more than those mentioned against your Category.
