Yes,  you will have to focus on the 2019 lok sabha elections facts.  Questions generally comes from the last 1 year of development and some portion is for Static GK also. Legal developments will form the majority of questions and accordingly you need to prepare.

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into a government medical college in bihar via the state quota counselling. 

Talking about this year, the student who got admission in the first round of the counseling had 599 marks and

See ur marks in the NEET might be just enough for u to grab a seat in the govt college under state quota and ur reservation category applied with it to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. I m providing u

Last year for BC category candidates and for state quota seats, the cutoff for most govt. medical colleges in Telangana was above 415 marks.

So, with 403 marks, you might not be able to get a seat there but cutoffs also vary each year so hope for the best.

Yes you're eligible for NEET. According to the NTA guidelines, a student must have completed an age of 17 years at the time of admission under NEET eligibility or should complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.
