Aadhar card
Dear aspirant,
The last four digit of you aadhar are unique to you. It is not assigned to any one. You cannot get the complete details of a person only with the last four digits of your aadhar. Also for getting the aadhar phone number is required,
The last two digits are used for some services to lock and unlock your aadhar, to get opt, to generate virtual ID etc,

Apart from category reservation documents the mandatory documents for all candidates irrrespective of category are,
1.Candidate Original ID proof (declared in application form/used
during exam)
2 .Date of Birth Proof of Candidate(SSLC Certificate/Governmentdocument)
3 .PUC/ 12th Std or equivalent Marks Card.
As aadhar is a goverment documemt you can upload it.

For writing NEET examination valid ID proofs like original Aadhar card ,passport,ration card or any other government recognized ID proof is compulsory.If it is not available, then take your college ID card along with a printout of your aadhar card.Please put 2 extra passport size photos,self declaration form along with your admit card. Stay calm and positive during the exam.All the best

For NEET 2020, make sure that you carry all the important documents such as your admit card, self declaration card, an additional photograph and Aadhar card. In case of Aadhar card, you can take the rectangular print issued by the Government. But, make sure that you take the original one and not any xerox copy. Also, carry your masks and sanitizers.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test, is an entrance examination in India for students who wish to study undergraduate medical courses and dental courses in government or private medical and dental colleges in India.
