You can download your e-aadhaar card from the official website i.e. uidai.gov.in.
  • First go to the official website, then click on Download Aadhaar.
  • There are three options you can enter details of. Those are- your  Aadhaar number or your Enrolment ID or Virtual ID. If you remember any of these, then you can get your e-aadhaar.
  • If you remember your Aadhaar number, enter that and enter the captcha also.
  • Then click on Send OTP.
  • OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP.
  • Then they would ask you if want to order your Aadhaar or not. You can fill up the details as you wish.
  • Then Click on Verify Details. And you can download your e-aadhaar from there.
  • It will be a password protected file. Enter the password to get the aadhaar. The password format is also given in the same page.
  • You can take a print out of e-aadhaar.

sir ,by mistake i forget to fill my aadhar card no in du form can i fill it now ???or it affect my admission in du college or not??

Siddhi Shenoy 18th Oct, 2020

Hi Harsh Gulia,

There was a facility for the candidates to edit their application form wherein you could correct the details or edit wherever necessary. But, unfortunately this facility has been closed already by DU on 5 October 2020. So now, I think the only solution to your problem would be to contact the DU officials via contact number or mail which will be available on the official website of DU. Mention them the issue and they will guide you with a solution.

i dont update my photo on aadhar card , i think it was taken 5 or 6 year ago .So can that permit as valid id proof for neet 2020 ??

vishesh kumar 7th Sep, 2020

Hi,

I would like to suggest you that since there is no much time left and in order to update your photo in aadhar card, it will take time. So all you can do is to take with yourself some passport size photos along with the aadhar or you can carry other government ids such as licence or voter id.

Actually I am appearing for neet 2020.The photo in my aadhar card is not of my present photo. The photo is of my 5th class. will they permit my aadhar identity ????

Pritam Singh 4th Sep, 2020

Hey there

NO absolutely not majority people don't update their recent photo and thus bio metric identification is done at the center if required. You will be allowed to give exams if all your papers are correct.

I have lost my aadhar card and have my jee exam now,will i be allowed for it? pls let me know.

priyanshu paliwal 3rd Sep, 2020

If you have lost your original aadhar card than you can use the e aadhar by taking the print out of it.

But some centres for jee exams do not allow anything except the admit card  for the exam .

Check your admit card if there are any instructions given for the aadhar card or not.

Even if it is not given in admit card it is good to take aadhar with you . If not allowed you can give it temporarily to the invigilator.

All the best

in my aadhar card my name is Aishwarya and in my neet admit card and 10th and 12th mark sheet it is S. Aishwarya. will that be a problem?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 1st Sep, 2020

Hi

If you carry Aadhar card as your photo identity proof to Neet examination centre then there might be a problem because of difference in your name on your Aadhar Card and Neet admit card as they will check your name on Aadhar Card and Neet admit card.

So, it's better to carry any other document as your photo identity proof in place of Aadhar cardcard like

* PAN card

* Ration Card

* Driving License

*Voter ID

*Passport

* Class XII Admit card or any other valid photo ID issued by the government.

Thank you

Hello,

You will not have any problem while writing the examination but may have problem while document verification process.

my surname is not present in neet admit card but it is present in aadhar card will it be a problem to write my exam

Akram Khan 1st Sep, 2020

Hi,

At the time of applying to the NEET exam your name should be as according to your Secondary School Examination certificate.

Ideally your name in the admit card should be similar with that of the identity proof you provide. It depend on the person checking your identity proof that will he consider it valid or not.  So According to me this should not be a problem for you in the examination.

However to have on a safer side you must take any other identity document with your adhar card mentioned below so that if there occur any problem with Adhar you can show him the other identity proof.

According to nta -

You have to take any one of the authorized photo IDs the condition is it must be original and valid and like PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card /Ration Card/Class XII Roll number issued by the Board/any other valid photo ID issued by the Government.

So instead of Adhar card you can also take any of the above mentioned document to your identity verification. for example if you have class 12th hall ticket you can take it woth you.

Hope it helps.

You will get all benefits as schemes and others but you can't be a local but to cliam local you have to take a local residency certificate and if your family is from a.p only, or else you can move with non locals 15% reservation.
