can another copy of my mothers aadhar card (first one is lost) which we get online by UIDAI number be submitted as a proof of identity and address to write her name with address in my UIDAI card

Yes you can submit that downloaded identify card,but it should not be masked one,it should be unmasked which in all details are mentioned instead of X ,take a colour print then it would be treated as a original aadhar card,it printed as photo copy then it would be as photocopy

I have corrected neet form with fathers name same as 10 th result but also replaced fathers name in Aadhar card with mother name (that is correct) fathers spelling was different in UIDAI card .I hope its not necessary to put fathers name in Aadhar card . wont be problem in exam center

Yes of course you can replace your father's name to mother's name on your AADHAR card which was issued by UIDAI but for this you have to visit any of the AADHAR centre wher you will be required to fill the form which is known as updating form.

All the details have to be mentioned as they show up as in the 10th marks sheet. So even if you uploaded Aadhar card and it has your Father's name different from the one in the 10th marks sheet, please go ahead and edit your father's name to the way
