All the details have to be mentioned as they show up as in the 10th marks sheet. So even if you uploaded Aadhar card and it has your Father's name different from the one in the 10th marks sheet, please go ahead and edit your father's name to the way it shows in your 10th marks sheet. That is the norm. Regarding what shows up in Aadhar card is not a problem because the difference is just about the middle name. The correction window will be closed by July 15th and so you might have to hurry up before it is too late.

No you will not face any problem in examination centre, these much of changes in name are acceptable, but if you want to be super safe then take copy of your father's aadhar also ,I have experienced this in my exam , they said that these much interventions are acceptable

Sorry sir but you cannot update it through your 10th marksheet.You may give any address proof document of your father for updation, like his aadhar card or ration card , driving license, voter id card ,passport, or any other government stamped document

Yes electronic aadhar or e aadhar is acceptable and you can use it without any hesitation ,hard of e aadhar , just go and print your e aadhar not the masked one ,print that one in which all the details are given ,e aadhar is fully valid everywhere BEST OF LUCK.

While the final call lies in the jurisdiction of NTA, the possible instances in which any NEET application might be rejected are:

• If the details mentioned in the application do not match with the document that you have uploaded.

Now in your case, it is your Father's name that has been mentioned wrong. Now entering your Father's name wrong will not affect the merit list. Agreed that you should mention the details as per the 10th marks sheet, but now, after the correction window has been closed, it is like being worried over spilled milk. We understand where your apprehensions are coming from. But when you filled up the application form, you also uploaded your 10th marks sheet and both the Application form and 10th marks sheet certainly have different names under Father's name column. But if you did not receive any notification or a mail from NTA regarding the uploaded document stating that there is a mismatch of details at both places, you are technically safe. So you should not be worried about this. NTA cannot over look the uploaded documents and that is why students get notifications regarding reuploading of uploaded documents. If you did not get any such notification, NTA must have considered it to be fine. So you do not have to worry about this. Let's be hopeful and wait to hear from NTA about this. Do not panic.
