as per the eligibility criteria of AAI ATC Exams, you are eligible to attempt the AAI ATC Examination provided that you have a minimum of 60% marks in your Bachelor's Degree and you are within the age limit of 27 years.

No you can't apply for the AAI Junior Executive Post because its compulsory for it to have physics and mathematics in your BSc Course.

The eligibility criteria for AAI Air Traffic Controller is that a candidate must have passed Three Year B. Sc with Physics and Mathematics or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum and must score minimum 60%

Yes you can apply for Junior Executive (AIR TRAFIC CONTROL) , you are eligible for that. But for Junior Executive(AIRPORT OPERATIONS) you need to have a MBA along with your BSc.
