Is there AAI JE ATC examination in 2022?

Purbayan Chatterjee 2nd Sep, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. Coming to your question...Normally Airport Authority of India (AAI) takes the AAI JE ATC exam every year. However, the exam was not taken for 2 consecutive years in 2019 and 2020 after which it occurred again in 2021.

Therefore, anything cannot be stated as of now, until any official notification comes out from AAI. You can always keep an eye on their official website for any updates regarding the same.

Hope this helps.

Im currently a third year student of integrated course of BS-MS (5Years), I had done Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects and satisfy the eligibility conditions. If Ill clear AAI ATC in my third year, then Am I legible to complete my 5 years first & then join?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 28th Mar, 2021

hi,

see in Airport authority of India air traffic controller position recruitment, there is no condition given as you would be given time to complete your study and then join. its clearly mentioned that candidates whose final years results are awaiting are eligible to apply , on condition that they must produce the final marksheet or certificates at the time of verification. since you are only at third year of your integrated 5 years of  studies, you are not eligible to apply, even if you appear in exam, your candidature would cancelled at the time of verification.

now that you have to think, either you should try for this exam or focus on your college studies and later apply for other exams.

Anuj More 31st Dec, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

I will suggest you to get in touch with the state government officials who look at the scholarship details for the whole state. Kindly do some research on your part & contact the college & concerned authorities informing them about the discrepancy that has occured. Since you have mentioned that you got scholarship earlier but are unable to get the same down, contact the education department of your state(UP in your case) & ask them why you are unable to get scholarship after Btech.

Thanks.
