In my opinion, you should go to ABES COLLEGE rather than GL BAJAJ because be it placements, ambience, infrastructure, faculty or placement and placement records ABES college is better than GL BAJAJ.

Basically both Engineering college of Gaziabad and Cse in Sharda university are good colleges. Placements of both college are good. We can say that both colleges are at same level, so you should go according to your prefrence that means if you wanted to do civil that go for engineering college Ggaziabad, and for Cse go for sharda university. Average Packages in both colleges goes upto 4-6 lakh.
