The Central Admission Board conducted the Uttar Pradesh Engineering Entrance Exam (UPSEE) on April 21, 2019. The answer keys have been released. The candidates have to apply via the online mode by filling the application form. The candidates could also register as EWS candidates and the candidates who had already registered before March 15th were also allowed to change their category to EWS.
As for your question, with the marks that you have scored in you can apply for admission to ABES College but it will be near impossible for you to get admission in it.

Admission to ABES Engineering college is done through UPSEE Counselling and through direct admission. UPSEE or JEE Main exam scores are accepted. Mode of admission is- Counselling, Management Quota, Vacant seats.
Eligibility Criteria for admission through Counselling is candidate should have Passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10 + 2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University and must have secured minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST) in aggregate without grace marks in each compulsory subject as Physics, Maths and one optional subject as Chemistry/Biology/ Biotech / Technical Vocational Subject.
