there is no restriction for you in giving neet whether you are married or not you just have to complete your 10+2 with physics chemistry and bio and there is no maximum age limit

For getting admission in VIT Pune you can give JEE Mains paper or mhtcet examination or GATE. And you said above that you are non domicile student. Don't worry in VIT Pune you can get admission through mhtcet examination without having a domicile certificate. Because out of state students
