According to the category rank you have mentioned in your question you can get any branch in any NIT except NIT Warangal, Trichy, Surathkal and MNIT Allahabad.  In former three you will not get CSE, ECE. But you can opt Allahabad for Mechanical or ECE. In NIT Warangal
