It is completely okay to print admit card either in black and white or in colour. Just the print should be clear and readable. There is no specific instruction about the printing so both black and white and colour is fine. It's completely your choice if there is no specific

There is no any compulsion to conduct a COVID-19 test before appearing for exam because NTA has issued the guidelines but yes if you have been tested positive than you are and you are currently infected then you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The

i think proforma is not needed as the information bulletin is not updated......it the same (carbon copy)  as 2019 neet information bulletin. take only what the hall ticket instructions say.
