Official fees for aeronautical engineering for 4 years is 67000 per year. Date for paying the fees every year is before 10th June. Students can pay off the fees through both online via credit card/debit card/Net banking and offline via DD/NEFT in favour of "Institute of Aeronautical Engineering".

Manav Rachna is definitely the better university even though it costs more and has lesser seats. Also as far as I know, Nirma University doesn't have Aeronautical Engineering under its B.tech courses,  so there is no comparison to be made there.
