You require atleast 50% in each subject in class 12th. You should have compulsory science subjects of PCM mandate to apply in this course. Maths is required with Physics and Chemistry.

After completing your btech in mechanical/automobile engineering, continue your studies by doing masters in aerospace engineering

Taking Aeronautical Engineering is much better, and even better if you complete a Masters in it, as compared to doing Mechanical first. Althought the job opportunities in Aerospace industry is low these days, they are expected to rise within the next 3-4 years.
