You need more than 119 to get chance in private medical college and more than 500 marks to get government college.

Jis state me admission lena hai wha ka domicile hona jaruri hai kya private seat k liye

Sort of. If it's a private college, you can get through all India quota . But if the college is famous and has more intakes , then not being a domicile might affect your chances adversely.
