IIT Bombay is one of the top ranked Institutes of India. So, the Cutoff for IIT Bombay and its various branches are generally very high. Looking at the previous year IIT Bombay cutoff for ST Category, for ST Category, in order to get B.tech in Aerospace Engineering in IIT Bombay, you would need to score within 2000 rank in JEE advance. That will be equivalent of scoring 230+ marks in JEE advance paper for ST Category. For General category student, in order to get Aerospace engineering, a rank of within 1000 and marks of around 280+ will be sufficient.

Hope you're doing well. Unfortunately, you can't take aeronautical paper. Because when it comes to admission, they won't allow you, even if you have good scores. The possible combinations of EE paper are EC, IN, PH. You can take EE as your first paper and you can choose from the above list and choose either of it for your second paper.
