Candidates can apply to IISER by one of the following three channels-:
• KVYP Channel: kishore vaigyanik protsahan yojna
• JEE channel: Joint entrance examination 
• SCB channel: State and Central Board channel. Students who pass their 12 boards in science stream(PCM or PCB) with marks equal or above

In order to take admission in aerospace engineering you have to appear for the entrance exam like JEE (Main+Advanced), Amrita and SRM.

Ratings are based on Faculty, Placements, Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status and Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus. 

 

In NIRF Ranking, SRM is in 35th position

Also , If some one exists in the SC/ST ,Kashmiri migrants and North East so ,in this case candidate requires 50% marks .
