You can take seat in Mechatronics engineering as UG and after completing you can persue robotics as PG in any IIT/NIT.

You need to take GATE to enter into IIT/NIT.

I would advise a different path to follow if you are keen on Astrophysics only. I wouldnt advise going for aerospace engineering as they are two different things.
