To get admission in various engineering colleges in Delhi/India you will have to clear engineering entrances like JEE MAINS, JEE Advanced etc. Aerospace Engineering course is not available in each and every college of engineering. Like aerospace engineering is not available in all NIT's so aim at clearing Jee Advanced

Which college in maharashtra excluding iit is best for aeronautical and aerospace engineering

There are very few decent colleges accepting niche Specialization like Aeronautical except IIT Bombay.

However, Priyadarshini college of Engineering by Nagpur University(AICTE approved) is recommended and ranks AA established in 1990.
The college accepts MHCET and cutoff stands at ranks below 54,000 on average.
