In josaa except general category for which CRL is considered ,for all the rest of the categories their respective category rank is considered.

but in CSAB counselling irrespective of the category you belong to, CRL is considered for all the categories but yes reservation is still there for reserved

Yes it is a fairly good institution in terms of Aerospace Engineering

However ,RVCE  is little Better than BMSCE in term of academic and placements

It's difficult to tell, as the two schools began aviation branch a year ago , there are no out bunch understudies for the two universities
